DOGDYKE Parish Council Meeting
Held Monday 11th March 2024 – 7pm – The Royal Oak, Tattershall Bridge
In attendance – Councillor Guy Forman, Cllrs Peter Schofield, Chris Brown, Richard Wilson, Neil Harvey & Jim Turner.

03. 1 Welcome from Cllr Guy Forman Vice Chairman standing in for Cllr Andrew Means.
03.2 Apologies and reasons for absence RESOLVED from Cllr Andrew Means, all in favour.
03.3 No declarations of interest at this point.
03.4 Cllr Chris Brown proposed the notes of the meeting held 27th November 2023 having been previously circulated as a true and correct record of the meeting, seconded Cllr Neil Harvey, all voted in favour RESOLVED – Chairman Signed and dated the minutes.
03.5 Newly elected NK councillor Adrian Whittle introduced himself, informing Cllrs that he is on NK Scrutiny Committee and is willing to assist with queries across all areas and will do his best to get answers back to Council asap.
03.6 Proposed 30mph speed limit covering Tattershall Bridge from the A153 and around onto Witham Bank Road- Council had requested and extension to the speed reduction to include the majority of Witham Bank Road due to the dangerous nature of the subsidence and erosion of the roadside to the River Witham verges. No reply to date from Highways on this request.
03.07 Finances and invoices for payment, Proposal from Cllr Neil Harvey, seconded Cllr Chris Brown to pay as listed. Salary and HMRC to end of financial year, LALC annual fees £157.48 Meeting room hire March £30
03.8 Item resolved November 2023 – Precept requested £6,000.
03.9 Annual Parish meeting also Annual full Council meeting MAY 13th 2024 – guest speaker Matthew Bentley – Conservation Officer NKDC
03.10 No takers at this point for attendance at the Teams online event for the Police information event.

Handbook has been updated and can be distributed prior to APM with an additional comments page added asking for ideas for the Old Tattershall Bridge Area enhancement?
Fly tipping reports, question the use of the bus shelter on A153 and if it could be removed, pot holes on Witham Drive reported via Fix my Street by clerk.
