  1. Welcome from Vice Chairman, Cllr Peter Schofield
  2. Apologies and reasons for absence heard from Cllr Guy Forman & Cllr Richard Wilson, all present approved RESOLVED County Councillor A Key sent in a report also apologised for not being able to attend.
  3. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations

To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011None

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held December 9th 2024:- Cllr A Means proposed to adopt as true and correct record, seconded Cllr N Harvey, all voted in favour RESOLVED
  2. County Councillor Cllr Andrew Key, I had hoped to be with you for this meeting as it will be my last as your County Councillor. I am not standing again this time, I said I would do a term of four years and that will be up.I have enjoyed my time as Councillor and think that your parish is a real hidden gem in Lincolnshire. I will continue to report back on the road and footway re instatement, I am trying to pin down a time scale.
  3. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary January £282.00; HMRC £64.00; Salary February £261.60, HMRC £58.40, Citizens Advice donation as agreed item7. Dec £75, Meeting room hire £30. LALC annual subs £159.38 Proposed to approve all as listed, seconded, all in favour RESOLVED
  4. Defibrillator Chapel Hill – placement of the de – fib box at The Royal Oak. Electrician appointed  Shane Limb, work to be carried out ASAP. RESOLVED
  5. Village & Cemetery grass cutting – to approve contract for the coming cutting season March –October 2025, current contractor to continue, possibly take on the dyke top at Elizabeth Avenue & corner verges at entrance to Tattershall Bridge , price to be requested for May meeting. RESOLVED
  6. Clerk’s report –Precept request acknowledgement received. NKDC

Thank you letter from Citizens advice for donation received.

Items for research or reporting

Ferry Farm corner needs topping up with stone the traffic has dispersed what was placed there.

Pot holes from Stennetts Farm towards Chapel Hill

Road slip on Witham Bank Road near to the Pumping Station

Planning – property known as The Stables – to check status of application.

Enforcement – at Ash Tree Farm – question the removal of waste from site, possibly toxic waste.

Chase Hghways – ref: sink hole alongside The Royal Oak Tattershall Bridge
