Dogdyke Parish Council Meeting

Monday 9th December 2024

The Royal Oak, Tattershall Bridge, 7pm

In attendance- Cllrs G Forman, P Scofield, R Wilson, C Brown, A Means.

No members of public.

1. Welcome from Chairman
2. Apologies and reasons heard from  Cllr J Turner & Cllr N Harvey – Resolved.
3. No declarations of interest or requests for dispensation received.
4. Cllr A Means proposed the notes of the meeting held on 7th October having been previously circulated, as a true and correct record, seconded Cllr P Scofield, all voted in favour RESOLVED Chairman signed & dated the minutes.
5. No County or District Cllrs in attendance, both Cllr Key and Cllr whittle emailed requesting that they be contacted as and when anything crops up rather than waiting for a meeting should the need arise.
6. Finances – all approved as listed, clerks salary & HMRC November and December, Grass cutting, cemetery & centre village £72. Room hire £30. Remembrance wreaths 2023/24 £70. RESOLVED
7. Proposal to donate £75 to Citizens Advice, Cllr A Means, seconded Cllr G Forman, all voted in favour RESOLVED
8. Budget was considered an increase of £720 was proposed to maintain a balance – clerk instructed to submit the precept request.
9. Defibrillator – electrician to be appointed – clerk to contact and arrange removal and re fix at Tatttershall Bridge, Royal Oak.
