Notice of Meeting Monday 8th July 2024

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 8th July 2024  7pm 

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

  1. Welcome from Chairman
  2. Apologies and reasons for absence.
  3. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations

To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held May 13th:-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
  2. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance
  3. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary June £260; HMRC £58; Salary July £260, HMRC £58, Grass cutting cemetery and riverbank & centre of village, £180, £162, £126 Meeting room hire £30.
  4. Ideas for enhancing the Old Tattershall Bridge, possible seating and maybe some  planters for the top of Bridge (planters £450 each) – grant funding can be applied for – this is not as grand as council would have liked but it would be a start if the funding bid is successful – to date no ownership of the land can be determined so bigger plans cannot be put forward. Funding bid deadline is 1st September.  This is for consideration only
