You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 11th March 2024 at  7pm 

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held Nov 27th :-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
  2. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance

  4. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary and HMRC to end of financial year, LALC annual fees £157.48 Meeting room hire March £30
  5. Budget proposals for 2024/25 – documents provided of expected costs and proposals for discussion and resolution from Council.
  6. Meeting dates for Annual Parish meeting also Annual full Council meeting MAY 13th 2024 – guest speaker Matthew Bentley – Conservation Officer NKDC
  7. Tuesday 25th June The meetings will have the Police and Crime Commissioner in attendance, the area Local Policing Supt, District Ch Inspector and Neighbourhood Policing Insp. Teams meeting if anyone wishes to attend please let me know and I will sign you up for a place?
