NOTICE OF MEETING
You are hereby summoned to the annual meeting of the above-named council which will be held via
Zoom on Monday 15th March 2021
Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.

1. Welcome from Chairman
2. To receive and consider apologies & reasons for absence
3. Declarations of interest on any agenda items.
4. To confirm & sign the notes of the meeting held January 18th, 2021
5. District and County Councillors reports if in attendance.
6. To agree the date of May meeting due to unknown with government guidelines for holding meetings via Zoom – suggested date TUESDAY 4th May
7. Tattershall lakes traffic issues – report and update on situation.
8. Highways – A153 Footpath is on a major scheme programme to be fully refurbished.
9. Elizabeth Ave – grass cutting and dyke maintenance – Clerk met with Cllr Pick at site.
10. Finances - resolution to pay invoices as listed here:
a. K Roberts Clerks salary February/March £304
b. HMRC February/March £76
c. LALC annual fees £143.12 plus 4 copies of magazine £
11. Comments from Councillors, items for next agenda
12. Clerk’s report and outstanding correspondence.
