You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 21st November 2022 7 pm start 

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held October 10th 2022:-resolution to adopt as minutes.
  2. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance
  3. Report from meeting with Richard Davies & Cllr Key; from Cllrs if attended,
  4. Planning - 22/1070/VARCON Tegan Harrison Place – update on position
  5. To consider and discuss the requirements and budget for the 2023/24 financial year, clerk has provided figures these are not accounts – Council to resolve to set Precept figure.
  6. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary Oct/Nov £363.20 HMRC £78.20 Room hire for meeting £30, Poppy wreath £35
  7.  Next meeting dates – suggested 23rd January  - 20th March – 15th May (following election)

  1.  Updates on War memorial cleaning and re lettering –  no reply to date.
  2. No updates on works to A153 footpath – hopefully dates for temp repairs have been received?
  3. Reminder – elections May 2023 – all Councillors will be required to complete new application forms
