You are hereby summoned to the annual meeting of the above-named council which will be held via
Zoom on Monday 18th January 2021
Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.

4. To confirm & sign the notes of the meeting held November 9th
5. District and County Councillors reports if in attendance.
6. Tattershall lakes traffic issues – report and update on situation. Please see below.
7. Highways – A153 Footpath is on a major scheme programme to be fully refurbished.
8. Finances - resolution to pay invoices as listed
a. K Roberts Clerks salary Dec/ Jan £280
b. HMRC Dec/Jan £70
c. Cemetery & Riverbank path – grass cutting – to discuss continuation of works/contract
d. Grass cutting Elizabeth Ave - Glendale contractors £30 per cut, contract fixed 2021

10. Clerks report and outstanding correspondence.
- War memorial – meeting with Reverend Clive Chapel Hill Cemetery – postponed C19
- Parish name change – postponed – C19
- Talks have been ongoing with Dean Poppy & Lincolnshire Highways ref: Tattershall Lakes – unable to monitor impact as the site is closed to visitors. A meeting will be arranged as soon as possible, maybe via Zoom.
