You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held via, Zoom on Wednesday 5th May 7pm start.

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

  1. To elect a Chairman for the forthcoming year
  2. To elect a Vice Chairman
  3. Apologies for absence and reasons given
  4. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations

To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held March 2021:- resolution to adopt as minutes.
  2. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance
  3. No timescale for footpath repairs – to be scheduled.
  4. Annual Audit – (a) to approve the annual governance statement.  Sec 1 (b) to approve accounting statement sec. 2 – to agree to sign exemption certificate (under £25,000)
  5. Dyke and Grass Elizabeth Avenue – working party to clear the dyke and get grass down for contractors to keep in order – suggestion to council only – clerk is willing to join in.
  6. Finance – resolution for payments known to date : - Salary March/April £304 HMRC £76 Grass cutting bank and Cemetery  - ……… Grass cutting Elizabeth Ave £30
  7. Council Insurance quote received-  payment approval required
  8. To receive comments and items for agenda next meeting July 19th to be held at the Royal Oak Tattershall Bridge.  (date to be confirmed)
