You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” in the side dining room Tattershall Bridge on the 5th October 2026 7.00pm
Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to agenda for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

1. Welcome from Chairman
2. Apologies for absence and reasons given
3. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations
in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
4. Draft notes of the meeting held 13th July 2026:-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
5. Reports from County Cllr East, & District Cllr Whittle if able to attend.
6. Report budget and expenditure, plus balances at bank to date
7. To discuss and confirm purchase of bins for Tattershall Bridge NK to fit and service bins. Funding will be sought?
8. Planning- 26/0995/FUL|Conversion of existing barn to ancillary domestic use (games room, garden store and outdoor kitchen) together with change of use of associated land to form extended residential curtilage for replacement dwelling approved under 19/1462/FUL.Witham View Walcott Bank Tattershall Bridge Lincoln Lincolnshire LN4 4JP
9. Thank you to Balfour Beatty via LCC – the area between the bridges has been tidied up including clearance of steps – the team also managed to get the dyke side cut at front of Elizabeth Ave, the dyke clearance is in the hands of NK – awaiting confirmation.
10.Finances –Interim AUDIT 2026/27 - £80. Grass cutting Cemetery and centre village x 2 cuts @ £120 total £240 invoices 37/40. Room hire and refreshments R. Oak £30 Salary Clerk AUGUST £282.60 HMRC £63.40. September £282.40 HMRC £63.60 Oct £295.20 HMRC £66.80
11. Fix my Street reports and feedback from Highways officers since last meeting
1. New footpath – LCC chase the suppliers – following subsidence report.
2. Dip in the road near sewage plant – FMS
3. Pot holes from Tattershall Bridge to Chapel Hill - FMS
4. Replacement Gate post on river bank Chapel Hill – in progress
12. To resolve to move into closed session to review employment and Clerks appraisal – this is a two way conversation to help improve communication and document/ implement any areas needing attention.
