Notice of Meeting Monday 13th July 2026 

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” in the side dining room Tattershall Bridge on the 13th July 2026  7.00pm  

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

1. Welcome from Chairman 

2. Apologies for absence and reasons given

3. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations 

      in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

 

4. Nominations for Election of Vice Chairman, signing acceptance of office.

 

6. Draft notes of the meeting held 11th May 2026:-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.

 

7. Reports from County Cllr East, & District Cllr Whittle if able to attend. 

 

8. Works to start utilising the free labour service offered by LCC through Balfour Beatty – the officer and one team leader met with Cllr Harvey and the Clerk to discuss works – the area between the bridges will be tidied up including clearance of steps – 2 days have been allocated for this work starting on August 4th. 

 

9.Finances – AUDIT 2025/26 Cleared with external auditors PKF Littlejohn. Clerks expenses – Paper £15.44 & £4.40 / Ink £31.74 & £39.99 total gross £91.57 - VAT to claim £15.41 Grass cutting Cemetery and centre village x 2 cuts @ £120 invoices 33/36 £240 Room hire and refreshments R. 10. Engagement of internal auditor for fixed term 3 years – fixed price same as this year- see letter explaining details of audit. 

 

11. Fix my Street reports and feedback from Highways officers since last meeting

                  1. New footpath – chase the suppliers – following subsidence report. 

                  2.  Dip in the road near sewage plant – FMS

                 3.  Pot holes from Tattershall Bridge to Chapel Hill

                 4.  Dyke Clearance at Elizabeth Avenue – possible job for Balfour Beatty. 

   5. A153 – speed of traffic and subsidence – documentation supplied
