Notice of Meeting Monday 30th June 2025

This will follow the Annual Parish meeting which starts at 7pm

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 30th June 2025  7.00pm 

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held May 12th 2025 :-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
  2. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance
  3. Planning – The Barn Tattershall Bridge – email sent to the officer. 
  4. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary June £282: HMRC £64 July £322 ; HMRC £24; Grass cutting cemetery & village £240 Room hire May £30 June £30
  5. To receive items from Councillors for reporting to Fix My Street and other agencies
  6. Thank you to both Cllr East and Cllr Whittle for their prompt input to getting jobs done at Witham Drive

  1. Update on local concerns and correspondence should any have been received
  2. Clerk is investigating cost of Council using “gov.uk” emails – no updates.
