 Annual Parish Council Meeting

Notice of Meeting Monday 12th May 2025

This will follow the Annual Parish meeting which starts at 7pm

You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 12th May 2025  7.00pm 

Public and press are welcome to attend.

Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

  1. Nominations for Chairman –signing declaration of acceptance
  2. Nominations for Vice Chairman – signing declaration acceptance of office
  3. Apologies for absence and reasons given
  4. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations

To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011

  1. Draft notes of the meeting held February 17th 2025 :-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
  2. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance
  3. Annual audit A. To consider and reply to annual governance statement B. To approve accounts and receive internal auditors report. Signing documents, Chairman  
  4. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary March £261: HMRC £58.60 April £282 ; HMRC £64; Salary May £282, HMRC £64,Grass cutting cemetery & village £240 Council annual insurance Zurich £264 Internal auditor fee £85
  5. To review and adopt the new/current Model Standing Orders – emailed 30/4/25
  6. To review and adopt the new/current Financial Regulations – emailed 30/4/25
  7. Clerk’s report
  1. Update on local concerns and correspondence should any have been received.
  2. Defibrillator registered on the Circuit – NHS   
  3. To receive any concerns for reporting to Fix My Street and other agencies.
  4. Clerk is investigating cost of Council using “gov.uk” emails for all councillors and Clerk – following legislation from Government- and our local ALC documents emailed for your information so far, we have until end of year to get this sorted.
