You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 2nd March 2026 7.00pm
Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

2. Apologies for absence and reasons given
3. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations
4. To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
5. Draft notes of the meeting held December 1st 2025:-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
6. Reports from County Cllr East, & District Cllr Whittle if able to attend.
7. Greater Lincolnshire proposals – info sent via emails to consider a parish Council response
8. Planning – 26/0008/PNAGR Land North Of Witham Drive Chapel Hill Lincoln- application for hard standing for storage of bales – withdrawn no further action.
9. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary Feb £292.20 HMRC £53.80. March £292.20 HMRC £53.80. Room hire December £30, Bank charges 3 months £12.75 LALC Annual membership fee £172.28 Annual training fees 26/27 £130 + £26 vat, Website- £54.00 + £10.80
10. To receive budget / expenditure end of year and record bank balances
11. To review and approve the IT policy required for Council
To review and approve Risk Assessment
12. To receive items from Councillors for reporting to Fix My Street and other agencies
13. Councillors, items for future agendas and issues for reporting.

b. Any ideas for a Parish meeting – this could be held 15 minutes before or after the May meeting?
