You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 3rd July 2023  7pm  
Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

Agenda 
1. Welcome from Chairman
2. Apologies and reasons for absence.
3. To consider co-option of Councillors to maximum number of 7 following low numbers of elected Councillors.
4. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations 
To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
5. Draft notes of the meeting held May 15th:-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
6. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance 
7. Finance – resolution for payments known to date: - Salary June £241; HMRC £54; Salary July £241, HMRC £54, Grass cutting cemetery and riverbank £189; donation citizens advice £50; Meeting room hire £30. Funds received from North Kesteven CIL fund £341.79
8. War memorial cleaning and names re leaded – quote from William Kents 16.8.22 £950 plus VAT – suggestion that the CIL monies be used to get this done ( I have requested an updated quote) 
9. Resident request for warning signage – slow down; swans, wild fowl on road, Riverbank towards Chapel Hill turning to Caravan Park? 
10. Clerk’s report 
1. Update on local concerns should any have been received. 
2. Updates on reported issues from last meeting, hedges A153, roadside erosion River Bank Road, Twenty Foot Bank, light permanently on near staging Tattershall Bridge.
