You are hereby summoned to a meeting of the council which will be held at “The Royal Oak” Tattershall Bridge on the 15th May 2023 7pm
Public and press are welcome to attend.
Fifteen minutes are allocated if needed prior to meeting for members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to council.

1. Nominations for Chairman –signing declaration of acceptance
2. Nominations for Vice Chairman – signing declaration acceptance of office
3. To consider co-option of Councillors to maximum number of 7 following low numbers of elected Councillors.
4. Apologies for absence and reasons given
5. Declaration of interest and requests for dispensations
To receive declarations in accordance with the Localism Act 2011
6. Draft notes of the meeting held March 20th :-resolution to adopt as true and correct record.
7. Reports from District and County Councillors if in attendance
